Bill Chopp serves as Director of Vertex Tower Solutions, bringing years of experience working with nationwide telecom vendors to the team. His background in business development and operations has been instrumental in designing the systems and processes that have fueled Vertex's growth across the Mountain West. Bill focuses on building strong partnerships, scalable solutions, and a culture of accountability that keeps teams aligned and projects moving efficiently. When he's not working, you'll find him skiing at Big Sky or out on the golf course, making the most of Montana's outdoors.

Kipp Riley began his career in the field, before moving into finance and operations and helping grow other companies from the inside out. He brings that blend of hands-on experience and financial discipline to Vertex, where he leads budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the team. When he’s not digging into numbers, Kipp can usually be found on stage playing with the band.

Andrew founded Vertex Tower Solutions and spent over a decade working in the field, building the foundation of the company from the ground up. Now serving in an advisory role, he provides strategic guidance and vision while supporting the team's continued growth and development both in the office and in the field.

Donavon Hursh leads Team Development at Vertex, focusing on training, growth, and building the next generation of strong field leaders. With a background rooted in hands-on tower work, he understands what crews need to succeed and works to enhance skills, safety, and overall team performance. Donavon is dedicated to helping every technician grow, advance, and deliver work the right way.

With 6 years of construction experience, Brady excels at leading field crews and developing talent. His strong leadership skills and commitment to training have made him instrumental in mentoring newer team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained across all projects.

Chris Vacanti supports both the field teams and the office at Vertex, helping ensure every project is properly planned and set up for success. He handles estimating, scopes materials, and makes sure crews have the tools, information, and resources they need before heading to site. Chris also assists with closeouts and quality review, providing consistency and support across the entire project cycle.

Kimberly Chupp leads HR and Compliance for Vertex, overseeing hiring, onboarding, contractor management, and company-wide compliance standards. She also manages all client onboarding and qualification requirements, ensuring Vertex meets every standard needed to work with new partners. Kimberly’s commitment to clear processes and strong communication keeps the team supported and the operation running smoothly.
